3. Only ingredients with the green trade symbol in the game can be traded today. The tradeable ones change at reset. The app only keeps track. Ingredients are always sent in the game.
⏰Daily limit: The game lets you send up to 20 ingredients a day. It resets every night with the game.

Team Helpfulness
Cards each teammate has sent to others compared with cards they received. This uses the full card send log, including archived records. Admins only.

Receiving more than you send is not automatically a problem, because people with many missing cards receive more. Look for a pattern over a few weeks before deciding anything. "Last list update" also shows who is still inactive.
Admin Tools
Add or remove a teammate, add someone to the Special Album, or move an inactive player to the end of the lists as a last-chance step — right from the app.
🧹 Clear Exchange Lists
Clears everyone's Needs, Duplicates and Wilds and the finished matches for that exchange, so matches, Finished and Sends Left start fresh next time. This also happens automatically 2 hours after each exchange ends. Backup copies are saved first.
🧂 Add New Ingredients
When a new city or featured room comes out, type the new ingredient names here (one per line, or separated by commas). They show up in everyone's ingredient list right away and are added to the ALL_INGREDIENTS tab too.
A wrong name on the list (a typo)? Type it exactly as it shows and remove it.
📣 Tell the Team What's New
Team Chat button: the Team Bot posts a short list of the new things players will notice and alerts everyone. Admin Chat button: a separate list of the new admin tools; only admins are alerted. Only tap these once the new version is live for everyone.

🔑 Reset a Teammate's PIN
For a teammate who forgot their PIN. Next time they log in, the app asks them to make a new one.
🗓️ Album Close Dates
Sets the countdown banner everyone sees. Anyone can still be added to the Special Album at any time \u2014 they just share this same deadline. The only thing blocked is re-adding a player who already finished the Special Album this cycle; setting a new close date here opens the next cycle and clears that block (uses your device's local time zone).

For an inactive player with unchecked cards — moves them to the end of all 4 lists so others get a turn, while keeping their checkmarks.
🎉 Main Album Completed
Use this when someone has finished all 4 pages. It moves them to the end of every list and adds it to the Completion Log. Because they start the album over, their card list resets to "needs every card", and they show as inactive until they upload screenshots or tap Save My List (so nobody sends them cards they just won in the game).
⭐ Special Album Completed
Only works once they've collected every card in their Special Album column — clears them from it (opening the slot) and logs the completion below.
📋 Album Reset: New Card Names
Admins, reset day only. Add a screenshot of each set, check the cards, then Apply. This sets the new album's set and card names for the whole team. It does not update your own card list. Use the Cards tab for that.
🔑 Change the free AI key (for 📷 Add screenshots)
Paste a free Gemini key (starts with AIza or AQ.). The app checks it works before saving it.
🆕 Start New Album (reset night)
Use this after the new card names are applied. It marks every card as needed for every teammate and makes everyone inactive, so everyone opens Cards, marks what they already have, and taps Save My List. A backup is saved first, so you can Undo.
♻️ Restore a Teammate's Checkmarks
If one teammate's list got messed up, put just their checkmarks back to how they were on an earlier day. Nobody else is changed. The app saves a copy every night and keeps the last 14 days.
👥 Team Settings
Who the admins are, who can never be removed, who can change these settings and the free AI key, and who should never be placed next to each other in the page order. Only app owners can change these.
Names separated by commas. A new admin gets admin tools the next time they log in.

📅 Gold & King Exchange Dates
Set when each exchange opens and closes. Times are in your phone's time zone; every teammate sees them in their own time. In-game exchanges usually open at the game's nightly reset, and King comes before Gold. No need to go to the spreadsheet.
